Arne EgelanD

Mr. Egeland established Nor-Project Ltd in 2012.  He specializes in all kinds of marine projects involving sale & purchase, advising industrial and shipping concerns on structuring, modeling, preparation and the preparation of initial documentation and presentations to eligible ship owners and fund providers.  While under Nor-Project Ltd he supported banks and ship-owners with valuation certificates and charterers and organizations with a need for commercial assistance or technical/information/ support either in solving immediate problems or as part of a long-term strategy.  Today the company is involved in several sale-lease arrangements using the Norwegian KS system as a financial tool. Prior to Nor-Project, Mr. Egeland was a partner and shareholder in Norchart AS responsible for KS sale/lease structure, finance and sale and purchase for 12 years.  Mr. Egeland also was a Managing Director and Partner with Stavanger Chartering.  The company was a joint venture with Nordstrom & Thulin,  Stockholm creating  the NestNor Tanker pool involving the total number of aframax tankers owned  by Nordstrom & Thulin,  Neste OY in Finland and Statoil, Norway for 5 years.  Prior to working at Stavanger Chartering, he was a tanker sale and purchase broker for 10 years with Fearnleys in Oslo, Norway.  Mr. Egeland is a graduate of The Norwegian Shipping Academy where he studied P&I and Maritime Law.

Scott siemers

Mr. Siemers has extensive experience in a broad range of capital markets activities, having worked in investment banks on Wall Street since 1987.  He ran the high yield trading desks at Citibank, CS First Boston and JP Morgan.  Mr. Siemers was also instrumental in the growth of the high yield effort on the trading and capital markets effort at Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette (DLJ), with DLJ holding the number one position in the market during this period, in part, as a result of his contributions.  In 2001, Mr. Siemers took an interest in building capital markets platforms at boutique investment firms.  In 2012, Scott formed Arc Capital Advisors to serve a diverse base of institutional clients and companies seeking to raise capital.  Most recently, Mr. Siemers has expanded his investment banking relationships, with an international scope (e.g., United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Greece, Vietnam, Korea, South Africa and Brazil) in a wide range of niche industries (e.g., marine transportation, water, gaming, consumer products, metals & mining, oil & gas, power generation and the collateralization of intellectual property).  Mr. Siemers started Arc Maritime in 2019 to focus on building a maritime portfolio of worlds-class assets. Mr. Siemers earned a B.S. from Maritime College at Fort Schuyler and holds Series 7, 63, 24 and 79 licenses.

Mr. Wikborg co-founded AMA Capital Partners LLC in 1987, was a Partner and Director until 2011 and served as MD of AMA Norway AS.  Mr. Wikborg was also an Advisor to Kuwait Finance House.  Prior to joining Arc Maritime he managed his own merchant banking practice (Wikborg Sons Ltd AS).  He is a partner in SinoEnergy Capital (HK) Limited, a maritime leasing company.  Prior to AMA, Mr. Wikborg was the Managing Director of Fearnleys, Mexico.   In 1983, he joined Fearnleys in the Project Department involved in sale & purchase, new buildings and coordination with Fearnley Finans.  Mr. Wikborg was Independent Director of Western Bulk ASA since 2010 till 2015.  He served as a Director of NYSE listed DHT Maritime for 10 years.  Mr. Wikborg holds a B.Sc.(Hons.) in Management Sciences at University of Manchester, England in 1983 and was a Marine Insurance Candidate in marine law and marine insurance law from the Norwegian Shipping Academy in 1980.  He is an Officer in the Royal Norwegian Navy.
