Scott siemers - co-founder, cEO

Mr. Siemers has extensive experience in a broad range of capital markets activities, having worked in investment banks on Wall Street since 1987.  Prior to Arc Investment Management, he led the high yield trading desks at Citibank, CS First Boston, and J.P. Morgan.  Mr. Siemers was also instrumental in developing the high yield effort on the trading and capital markets effort at Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette (DLJ).  In 2012, Mr. Siemers formed Arc Capital Advisors to serve a diverse base of institutional clients and companies seeking to raise capital.  Most recently, Mr. Siemers has expanded his investment banking relationships throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Greece, Vietnam, Korea, South Africa, and Brazil in a wide range of niche industries, including marine transportation, water, gaming, consumer products, metals & mining, oil & gas, power generation and the collateralization of intellectual property.  Mr. Siemers is a graduate of New York Maritime College at Fort Schuyler with a degree in Marine Transportation Management and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, and 79 licenses.

Mr. Jones, throughout his career, has created an extensive global network of contacts.  Built excellent relationships with significant and influential figures, recently, has focused and dedicated most of his working time assisting established high-profile clients and ultra-wealthy clients from London, Asia, North America, and the Arab States. It includes introducing clients to leading banks for investment and loan facilities and large insurance companies for cover purposes.  Recently, Mr. Jones helped deliver a large student accommodation facility near London, including acquiring the land and securing a building contract for the development.  Mr. Jones recently assisted one of the world’s largest hospital companies in introducing the group to the African government and is about to sign contracts to deliver state-of-the-art cancer treatment facilities in several regions.  Mr. Jones is a very motivated person and particularly enjoys assisting clients with many aspects of their business requirements on a strictly confidential basis ensuring total confidentiality and discretion at all times. 

henry jedziniak - cfo / treasurer

Mr. Jedziniak is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ARC Maritime. He brings 25 years of broad experience in many aspects of financial management and accounting. Before joining Arc Maritime, Mr. Jedziniak was Chief Financial Officer of Arc Capital Advisors LLC, an asset management company, and Chief Financial Officer of Voyager Entertainment International, Inc. (OTC).  He served as Senior Managing Director, Finance/Operations with SAMCO Capital Markets, LP.  He has previously worked as a Divisional CFO with Schwab Capital Markets, where he was the Schwab Capital Markets Best of the Best Award.  Mr. Jedziniak earned a BS degree in Accounting from St. Peter’s University.
